It was an amazing multi-course dinner experience with paired wines at the Sanfilippo Estate in Barrington IL that benefited the Maui Wildfire relief efforts of the Hua Momona Foundation which has provided over 30,000 free hot meals to those affected by the fires. Big Mahalos to the Sanfilippo Foundation and family!

The venue: The incredible Sanfilippo Estate in Barrington Hills. The night will kick off with a tour of the private residence which boasts many marvels of the industrial revolution, including the worlds largest collection of automatic music instruments, a theater pipe organ, a steam engine collection, an antique perfume collection and so much more. Dinner will then be served adjacent to the most spectacular European salon carousel in existence. Words do not do this incredible estate justice. You really have to see it to believe it!
