You may rebook or cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour departure time or due to operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone, email, or website chat to ask or cancel. Refunds are not given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of tour departure, no-shows, or groups who arrive with children under 4; no exceptions.

If you have purchased Trip Protection, you can cancel or reschedule your Farm Tour at any time and for any reason up to one hour before the tour starts. You will be reimbursed for the total amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. Please call us directly for all cancellations. Standard cancellation policies will apply to reservations canceled within 1 hour.
